My first work for Microsoft Press, I co-wrote this study book on the 70-762 Microsoft Exam. I wrote the first two chapters, and Stacia Varga wrote the last two.
One of my most and least (it was a grueling project!) favorite projects is this book that Tim Ford and I wrote on the Dynamic Management Views for Red-Gate.
